They came on time. They were pleasant. They diagnosed and fixed our problem, which was our user anyway, collected their reasonable fee and shook hands on the way out.

absolutely could not recommend more!! would give 100 stars if i could. our fridge stopped cooling and we had hired another (cheap) “company” to come diagnose. they were awful and recommend the wrong part to replace and wanted almost $500 dollars for it. (didn’t even inspect the fridge beyond opening the doors) the experience from start to finish was a nightmare. we were without a working fridge for over a week. Ended up contacting Gentry Appliance and they responded immediately to chat about what we were experiencing. Glenn was extremely friendly, transparent, knowledgeable and helpful from the start. this was a Friday afternoon and he was able to get to us that next Monday. Joe arrived and immediately took the entire fridge apart, walked me through the whole thing, and found the problem within 30 minutes. Glenn called about an hour later to check in to make sure we had a good experience and check that we found a solution. Joe had the part ordered and installed by Wednesday. the price point was extremely fair, they were honest and upfront from the very beginning. 110% will recommend to others and will be using this company with any appliance needs in the future. thank you again!

Wonderful service! We’ve had both our Washer and Dryer fixed from them and they have been nothing but helpful! They answer any questions you may have and give recommendations on ways to help your appliances last longer. The family is friendly, knowledgeable, and give excellent services. Glen and Joe arrived early for my refrigerator repair and performed the repair far exceeding my expectations. They were both polite, friendly got the job done for a very reasonable cost to me. Glen even offered to refill my freezer after the repair. It was a most positive experience which I appreciated very much. I recently took over the maintenance of our property due to circumstances with very little experience (20+ year homemaker). Called Gentry’s based on good reviews found here for our broken dishwasher. They were so honest and helpful and basically explained the repair based on the make, model, age, etc. and the costs invovled. It’s clear we’re better off purchasing a new dishwasher and the man I spoke to pointed me in the right direction when I asked. This was not in the best interest for the business in this regard but they are good, honest people, family owned and operated local business. If any of my appliances ever break, I will be sure to call them again. If you’re a single mom (or not) with no idea what to do, call Gentry’s, you can trust them. Thank you.
