They are truly amazing. Glenn went out of his way to help me out with my dryer. I had spend half a day on the phone trying to find someone to help me with my dryer. I came across Gentry's Appliance Repair and Glenn's wife answered the phone and was very understanding and even though I wasn't in an area they go to she had Glenn give me a call. When he called me back he was more then willing to do go out of his way to come and help me. When he showed up he was very friendly and kept me in the loop with everything he was doing and showed me what the issue was. Would use them again if I can get him to come back to my area if I have another issue with an appliance.
